Hello Friends,

Just came home after the BELA paper and within an hour started thinking what to do for the next 10 days!!! Being a localite, i did not even have the enthu that u guys had of visiting back home to meet ur loved ones!!! So thought lemme try my hand at creatin a blog for updatin events/happenings at SIMSR and intially maybe more specific to PGDM/MMS.

The purpose of this blog in short term would be to have all the data that we normally have to search in our mails or ask some one.. right from the time tables of different classes (which i presume wud me more complicated as we move to 2nd year!) to the birthday list of our class mates, from the contact details of all SR's/CR's/Pcomm/PR to the contact details of restaurant's around our campus, and from notifications of various B-School Events to our views/opinions about things happening... good and bad... around us in college, and much much more...

We may all post our own blogs here abt SIMSR and on general topics as well. People who would like to blog here ( as blogger permits 100 authors per blog) can leave a comment here or drop me a mail at jimish.bathia@gmail.com. Once You are are registered, you may start blogging here as and when u want. Incase you are not a regular blogger but feel like Posting your views anytime, you may just mail me the content and i will post it with due credits! The Best Idea i feel as of now is we all can blog here about our summer experience and home coming experience to begin with :) . Seniors may blog about their SIMSR experience as well, as they may out from college into corporate life.

And We may use this blog in many many ways that even i cant think of as of now!!! I just made it today so will keep thinking how we can use it for our benefit and i bank on ya all too to contribute in givin me suggestions on what all we can improve and do!!

Chalo i guess this intro blog has already got a bit long and before i lose ur interest i better wind it up.

So Hope Ya all like this idea and do leave ur comments here and I wish U Happy Holidays with ur dear ones and hope u have a rocking time where ever u go after that for summers!!!
